Attorney General delivered remarks on constitutional reform of “Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz (JEP)”

On Wednesday, Attorney General Néstor Humberto Martínez Neira, delivered some remarks before the House of Representatives in regard to the Law by which the so called “Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz (JEP)”* was created. He emphasized main aspects such as recidivism and offenses permanently committed, as well as, extradition regime.
