The 68^th Criminal Court with supervisory functions “control de garantías” imposed a banning order to leave the country for Catalina and Francisco Uribe Noguera brothers for allegedly aiding and abetting their brother Rafael Uribe Noguera allegedly responsible for raping and murdering minor Yuliana Samboní in Bogotá in the month of December.
