The Office of the Attorney General investigates a crime scene staging in the case related to the offense committed against a 7- year-old girl in Bogotá

The Attorney General, Néstor Humberto Martínez Neira, revealed that the crime scene where a 7- year-old girl died was staged and therefore, third parties who participated in the facts will be investigated.

Attorney General Martínez claimed “I want to take advantage of this moment to inform third parties that the Office of the Attorney General will not allow the obstruction of justice (…) crime scene was staged and I gave instructions to prosecutors to begin a legal process against third parties who are trying to obstruct the Office of the Attorney General efforts”.
