Preventive detention orders with imprisonment were issued against 4 people who worked at the National Registry Office and sold identity documents to be used by illegal migrants

A preventive detention order with imprisonment was issued by the 12^th Municipal Court in Cartagena with supervisory functions (Control de garantías) against Hernando Antonio Peña Romero after he was charged by the Office of the Attorney General as author of human smuggling offenses, document tampering, and breach of public duty (action).

On the other hand, preventive detention orders with house arrest were issued against registrars Luis Eduardo Manjarrés Moncada, Warner Bolívar Cueto and Arturo Jacinto Camargo Jiménez.
