Agreement between Colombia and the United States in order to combat transnational organized crime

After a nine-hour meeting which took place in the city of Cartagena de Indias (Bolivar), the Attorney General Néstor Humberto Martínez Neira; the Minister of Justice Jorge Eduardo Londoño Ulloa and the United States Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Kenneth A. Blanco signed a bilateral cooperation agreement aimed at combating transnational organized crime.
