During a national event concerning fight against domestic violence which took place in Valle del Cauca, five people were arrested

In the framework of a national event concerning fight against domestic violence, the Criminal Investigation Team (CTI) belonging to the Sectional Office in Valle del Cauca reported the arrest of five people in the municipalities of Buga, Guacarí and Buenaventura.

Haiber Alberto Carvajal Azcárate who was arrested in Buga had an arrest warrant due to facts that took place in a small town named El Vínculo, where he physcally and verbally attacked his couple.

CTI also arrested Víctor Hugo Castro in Guacarí who physcally and verbally attacked his former couple on august 23, 2013 at the so called neighborhood El Limonar.
