The 138 Sectional Prosecutor´s Office from this city will be in charge of the so called “Actos Urgentes”* and investigation into the murder of Héctor Fabio Pastrana Mosquera which took place in a prison in Jamundí (Valle del Cauca) at section 1 (patio 1).
According to the preliminary inquiries, the victim had an argument with another inmate who attacked him with a bladed weapon. Pastrana Mosquera also tried to defend himself and attacked the aggressor.
*A term used to refer to judicial police activities during investigation and questioning process such as: processing a crime scene, corpse examination, questionings or interviews, among others.
