Among those policies established by the Office of the Attorney General and for the purpose of protecting vulnerable communities, indigenous and community leaders’ integrity, a plan denominated “Plan Esperanza” has been launched. It was also created to avoid impunity, fight against crime, to restrain organized crime progress and coordinate actions to protect life and restore those communities’ rights.
