At the request of the Office of the Attorney General, preventive detention orders were issued for two individuals by a judge with supervisory functions (control de garantías) for the alleged commission of drug trafficking, manufacture, and drug possession. They were arrested in flagrante at Las Delicias neighborhood from the main city of Norte de Santander.
As a result of a home search, 266 grams of cocaine, 16 grams of marijuana, 73 grams of hallucinogens and a digital scale were seized. Marcos Aurelio Castellanos Uribe and Leonardo Andrés Peña Ortega were arrested.
