At the request of the Office of the Attorney General, a judge with supervisory functions (control de garantías) issued a preventive detention order for nine (9) members of a micro drug trafficking organization known as “Los Simpsons”.
Seven home searches were conducted and as a result 125 doses of marijuana were seized, as well as a handmade firearm, 17 cartridges, 400 adulterated liquor bottles, a DT 125 Yamaha motorcycle.
Óscar Hernández Isidro, Franzue Pinto Espíndola, Albeiro Antonio Leal Negrete, Sergio Jaimes Acosta, Jorge Eliécer Cediel Díaz, Alberto Quiroz, Santiago Alexis Moncada Quintero, Carlos Augusto Robles Espinosa and Édinson Guevara Hernández were arrested.
