A preventive detention order with imprisonment was issued for Johan Estiven Carreazo Asprilla, alias Play Boy and Carlos Emilio Ibargüen Palacio, alias Carlos by the First Criminal Court in Turbo (Antioquia) with supervisory functions (control de garantías) for sexual violence, feminicide, aggravated murder, torture and human smuggling.
