The Delegate Prosecutor´s to the Supreme Court charged Carlos Arturo Moreno Ojeda with procedural fraud and restrictive competition practices before a supervisory judge (control de garantías).
During the same hearing, the delegate representing the Office of the Attorney General requested a preventive detention order with imprisonment against the defendant for the seriousness and kind of offenses committed.
