Thirteen members of the criminal organization Los Bloques de Santa Rosa de Cabal which operated at La Eugenia de Santa Rosa de Cabal neighborhood in Risaralda were found guilty of criminal conspiracy for drug trafficking purposes.
Decision was made by the 2nd Specialized Court in Pereira (Risaralda) after approving a plea bargain between the defendants’ defense and the prosecutor who pled guilty to the charges in order to obtain a reduction of punishment.
