In the first semester 2016, the Branch Office in Risaralda, under the coordination of several prosecutors belonging to the Support Team (in spanish Unidad Estructura de Apoyo) dismantled criminal organizations involved in commercialization of drugs, theft, swindle, extortion, firearms trafficking, murder and other crimes with a negative impact on citizens. That was the information provided by the Director of the Branch Office in Risaralda, Jorge Mario Trejos, who exalted the fact that in comparison to 2015 the number of groups that were dismantled increased. 15 groups were dismantled.
