Former PetroTiger´s chief executive is condemned for irregularities detected in a contract with Ecopetrol

After the Court approved a plea bargain between the Office of the Attorney General and the defendant, Luis Francisco Guinard Voelkl, former chief executive of the  PetroTiger oil company, the 15^th Circuit Court in Bogotá sentenced him to 78 months in prison for exercise of undue influence, bribery, breach of public duty, forgery of a private document. A home confinement sentence was also agreed.
