The Office of the Attorney General brought charges against alleged members of a transnational criminal network engaged in drug trafficking offenses in Valle del Cauca. Charges were brought before the 26 Municipal Court with supervisory functions “control de garantías”.
As a result of four home searches ordered by a prosecutor in charge of the case, four detentions were carried out in rural areas La Unión, Dagua and Cali by virtue of a decision made by a supervisory judge.
