The 47th Municipal Judge with supervisory functions (control de garantías) found the leaders of the National Liberation Army (Ejército de Liberación Nacional ELN) who are part of the so called “Comando Central (Coce)” as defendants in default or contumacy.
Defendants are Nicolás Rodríguez Bautista, alias Gabino; Israel Ramírez Pineda, alias Pablo Beltrán; Eliécer Erlintong Chamorro Acosta, alias Antonio García; Rafael Sierra Granados, alias Ramiro Vargas, y Gustavo Giraldo Quinchía, alias Pablito.
