Members of the CTI Judicial Police for the Regional Division in Tumaco (Nariño) (Subdirección Seccional de Policía Judicial CTI) with the support of the Colombian Navy seized more than one ton of Cocaine Hydrochloride in the municipality of Salahonda (Nariño).
During the proceeding, two Ecuadorian citizens identified as Edgar Alberto Arroyo Sandoval, Darwin Vicente Gonzabay Montero and the Colombian citizen, Norman Paul Torres Cabeza, were arrested in flagrante. The Office of the Attorney General charged them with drug trafficking, manufacture and drug possession offenses.
