A preventive detention order was issued against a woman for embezzlement offense in regard to a hotel which is under custody of DNE

A preventive detention order with imprisonment was issued against Adriana Fernanda Urresty Isaza as she illegally took money from the maintenance fees of a hotel which was in custody of Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes DNE in Cali (Valle del Cauca).

That was the decision made by the 33^rd Municipal Court with supervisory functions (control de garantías) at the request of the Office of the Attorney General.
