Before a judge who has jurisdiction over this matter in Bogotá (juzgado de conocimiento), the Office of the Attorney General invalidated defense lawyer´s opinion through which defendants (three CTI public servants and two civilians) expected to be released.
The above mentioned public servants are linked to an illegal activity as they got without a judicial order into an apartment located in the north area of Bogotá and according to evidence submitted by witnesses, they tried to unlawfully take some money.
