A preventive detention order with imprisonment was issued by a supervisory judge (control de garantías) in San Andres Island against Juan Alberto Cerritos Palma and Colombian citizens José Miguel Zapata Gómez, José Antonio Zambrano Berrio and Alberto Henrique Padilla after they were found transporting 604 packages of cocaine in a vessel.
The above mentioned four individuals were arrested by the Colombian Navy and CTI members belonging to the Branch Office in Bolivar when they were navigating off shore in possession of a drug shipment.
