A municipal judge (juez promiscuo*) in Salahonda Francisco Pizarro (Nariño) with supervisory functions (control de garantías) ordered a preventive detention with imprisonment against Jaider Sulivan Dajome Vidal for his alleged participation in the murder of a person.
Facts took place in Cantarana neighborhood in Pasto (Nariño) in May 2010 when the detainee allegedly caused the death of Mario Edison Montaño Cortés with a firearm.
