Preventive detention orders with imprisonment were issued against 10 alleged members of the criminal gang known as “El Doctor” working for Carlos José Robayo Escobar, alias Guacamayo in Norte del Valle drug cartel.
That was the decision made by a Municipal Judge with supervisory functions (control de garantías) based on request made by the Office of the Attorney General.
