The Office of the Attorney General brought charges against 10 people who were allegedly part of two criminal organizations that committed offenses in the Department of Huila. They were charged with illegal mining offenses and others.
A judge with supervisory functions (control de garantías) legalized the arrest of 6 members of the so-called “Los Oropel” criminal organization and 4 belonging to the organization called “Los Vallunos” who were allegedly engaged in illegal gold mining activities.
