Two former policemen, Andrés Felipe Vergara and Oscar Fabián Bertel, were sentenced to 48 months in prison in Buenaventura (Valle del Cauca) for extortion offenses.
Decision was made by the Second Circuit Court in the above mentioned Colombian port after approving an agreement.
