After a plea agreement between the parties, the Second Specialized Circuit Court in Antioquia sentenced former ringleader of the criminal gang Los Urabeños (Clan Úsuga) Manuel Francisco Atencio Bohórquez alias “Daniel” to 30 years in prison for the murder of seven women and one man.
Victims who were identified as Obert Posada Dixon, Dilia de Jesús Viloria, Maritza Yaneth Ortiz Ortega, Nataly Urrego Franco and María Martinez de la Ossa were murdered in 2010 in the municipality of Tarazá.
