The court approved an agreement made by the Office of the Attorney General and Eulises Dueñas, a public servant from the mayor´s office in the city of Bucaramanga. The public servant was sentenced to 28 months in prison for embezzlement.
The above mentioned person was in charge of supervising a contract entered into by the Social Development Department (Secretaría de Desarrollo Social) and Fundación Colombia to the value of 17 million pesos. Contract was signed on December 27, 2011.
