The office of the Attorney General brought charges against former prosecutor Róbinson Sanabria who was Head of Unit in charge of investigating Judicial Public Servants from the Office of the Attorney General (Unidad Nacional para la Investigación de Funcionarios Judiciales (Unijuf)) due to alleged commission of procedural fraud.
The decision made by the Office of the Attorney General was based in facts which took place on December 1st, 2014.
According to an investigation, Sanabria told Danny Julián Quintana, Head of the Criminal investigation Team (CTI) to stop a judicial inspection of lands that were linked to the commission of offenses in Cartagena.
