The Sectional Prosecutor´s Office belonging to the Unit on Public Administration in Casanare brought charges against Jairo Lozano Aguirre for extortion offences in consistent sequence of serial crime due to facts which took place in august 2014 in Yopal (Casanare).
This situation occurred when the above mentioned person taking advantage of his position as a nursing assistant at the Police Department in Casanare allegedly collected from police officer applicants between 50 and 90 thousand pesos for getting vaccinated despite the fact that vaccines supply was supposed to be free.
