Mexican authorities asked the Office of the Attorney General´s cooperation in order to establish whether among the eleven corpses found in august 2010 there was any Colombian citizen.
Decision made by the Inspector General´ Office in Mexico was based on the fact that there is evidence that could indicate that these people were born in Colombia.
In august 2010, Mexican authorities confirmed that 72 corpses were found in the municipality of San Fernando Tamaulipas (México). Fifty eight men and fourteen women.
