Preventive detention orders with imprisonment were issued by the 28 Municipal Court in Medellin against Manuel Salvador Gómez Moreno, Roberto Antonio Pérez Patiño and Paula Andrea Muñoz López for manufacturing and selling illegal liquors.
In the same decision, preventive detention orders with home confinement were issued against 18 people and other 3 people were released.
According to the investigation, this criminal organization was engaged in manufacturing and and selling liquor similar to the one produced by the liquor factory (Fábrica de Licores de Antioquia) and others.
