Colombian Attorney General, Eduardo Montealegre Lynett, warned about the need to increase peace process scope in Colombia to become even more effective and include not only FARC and ELN guerrilla members, but also, Police Forces and private individuals who supported them.
This proposal was submitted by the Attorney General during a meeting with the United States Secretary of State for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights, Sara Sewall and staff from the Embassy of the Unites States in order to discuss about transitional justice, reform of Justice and restructuring of the Attorney General´s Office.
