Attorney General, Eduardo Montealegre Lynett, ordered to open an investigation concerning deprivation of liberty of General Rubén Dario Alzate, commander of the Titán Joint Task Force (Fuerza de Tarea Conjunta Titán) and corporal Jorge Rodríguez Contreras and Lawyer Gloria Urrego who coordinates Army special projects in the Department of Chocó.
The officers and the lawyer disappeared in November 16 when they were moving around Atrato river (Río Atrato) to small town called Las Mercedes, rural area in Quibdó.
