The Office of the Attorney General filed an indictment against eight (8) people that would have committed irregularities concerning the medicines supply from Medicamentos de Occidente Ltda to salud Coomeva E.P.S. in facts committed before year 2005.
Five (5) executives from Coomeva E.P.S and three (3) from Medicamentos de Occidente Ltda. are charged with embezzlement, undue interest in the execution of contracts and execution of contracts without the legal requirements.
