In Colombia, transitional justice must be applied to guerrilla groups that are negotiating with government, public force members who committed offenses and also people who provided economical support to paramilitary groups.
This statement was made by Attorney General Eduardo Montealegre Lynett during forum “Proceso de Paz: Qué Van a Aprobar los Colombianos y Cómo?” which took place at Universidad El Rosario headquarters, downtown Bogotá.
