The CTI Judicial Police Office in Chinchiná (Caldas) arrested Jhon Jairo Largacha Castro in La Esmeralda small town for the homicide of a protected person.
According to the investigation conducted by a prosecutor from the Specialized Directorate in Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law the facts which led to his arrest, occurred on November 2003 in rural area of Cumaral (Meta) when National Army officers reported a confrontation with alleged members of AUC Centauros Bloc.
