The Office of the Attorney General will bring charges against a relative of former governor in La Guajira

A prosecutor belonging to the Specialized National Directorate of Prosecutor´s Offices on Anticorruption will bring charges against Lizana Henríquez Gómez and will also request her preventive detention order before the 1^st Municipal Criminal Court with supervisory functions in Riohacha (La Guajira).

Charges will include procedural fraud, aggravated fraud, aggravated misrepresentation of facts in a public record, forgery of a private document, illicit enrichment of private individuals.
