Investigators assigned to the National Directorate of Joint Specialized Prosecutors’ Offices arrested twelve (12) people allegedly responsible for procurement, sexual tourism, conspiracy to commit crimes, drug trafficking, human trafficking.
They also arrested a person in the United States who visited the city of Medellin in order to have sexual relations with minors and filming them.
Other five (5) minors were detained for being involved in procurement, sexual tourism. Forty three (43) women were rescued. Twenty three (23) of these women were minors used by these organizations to provide sexual services.
