Four people that would be part of a criminal organization involved in drug trafficking into the United States were arrested for their alleged participation in drug trafficking activities, manufacture and drug possession. This detention order was issued by the 1st Municipal Criminal Court “Ambulante”* with supervisory functions (in Spanish control de garantías) in Cartagena (Bolivar).
According to the investigation, Alexánder Jiménez Ramírez, alias Alexánder; Mauricio Gómez Cruz, alias Mincho; Hover Almeida Ordóñez Martínez and Pedro Cuesta Cuesta, alias Pedro, were involved.
*In this case this Judge also has an additional function which is called in Spanish “juez ambulante” which means a judge who travels or moves throughout places/cities where he/she is required.
