The Second Specialized Circuit Criminal Court of “Decongestion”* in Antioquia sentenced brothers Frank Enrique Rivas Naar, alias Frank, and Olivier José Cervantes Naar, alias Abelito or el Negro to 20 years in prison for their involvement in the disappearance and death of 43 people in the small town Pueblo Bello in  the municipality Turbo (Antioquia).

The defendants accepted a plea bargaining and pled guilty to the charges brought by a prosecutor belonging to the National Directorate of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law for aggravated murder, aggravated forced disappearance, torture, terrorism and conspiracy.
