The Office of the Attorney General will bring charges against former Secretary of Mobility in Bogotá, Rafael Rodríguez Zambrano; Deputy Secretary, William Quintero Duque; the entity´s adviser, Alexánder Rincón for embezzlement to the benefit of third parties and execution of a contract without compliance of the legal requirements. There were alleged irregularities in the extension of terms of a contract related to the transportation system in the main city of the country.
Interim Attorney General, Jorge Fernando Perdomo Torres stated that this extension of terms was allegedly made “without respecting the principles of Government procurement”.
