The Office of the Attorney General filed an appeal against a judgment by which 30 soldiers involved in a murder in Guachené (Cauca) were released

The Office of the Attorney General filed an appeal against the decision made by in the First Municipal Court with supervisory functions (control de garantías) in Popayán (Cauca) by which the court refrained from issuing preventive detention orders against 33 soldiers involved in the murder of Jhon Jeiber Mina Guazá last september 26^th in rural area of Guachené (Cauca).

Moreover, preventive detention orders with imprisonment were issued against an officer and two non-commissioned officers from the same institution.
