The Attorney General´s Office submitted Closing statements at the trial against Bernardo Moreno and María del Pilar Hurtado for illegal wiretappings

The Delegate Prosecutor´s Office before the Supreme Court submitted closing statements for the alleged responsibility of the former director of the officially Colombian intelligence agency (Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad DAS) María del Pilar Hurtado and the former General Secretary at the President´s Office, Bernardo Moreno for illegal wiretappings, financial and personal monitoring to public servants, journalists and trade unionists.

Likewise, the prosecuting authority requested the honorable magistrates to convict  former DAS director for the offenses of conspiracy, abuse of public office, and unlawful wiretappings practices, embezzlement, negligent falsehood.
