The Attorney General´s Office brought charges against four DAS former executives for aggravated torture against Claudia Julieta Duque

José Miguel Narváez, former director of the Administrative Department of Security DAS; Giancarlo Auque Silvestre, DAS former Intelligence Director; Carlos  Alberto Arzayús, DAS former Inteligence Deputy Director and Enrique Alberto Ariza, DAS Counterintelligence Deputy Director were charged with aggravated torture of journalist Claudia Julieta Duque.

Augusto Cabana, Head of Analysis and Contexts National Directorate stated that the four former officials who worked at DAS during the presidency of Álvaro Uribe Vélez were charged with aggravated torture since they allegedly ordered this action against journalist Duque.
