After 24 hours of preliminary hearings, the First Municipal Judge with supervisory functions (control de garantías) accepted the request of the Second Specialized Prosecutor in Popayán (Cauca) and declared as legal the detention of the 33 militaries belonging to the squad (In Spanish Pelotón Dinamarca Uno) abscribed to Pichincha Batallion (In spanish Batallón Batalla de Pichincha), in Cali (Valle del Cauca) who allegedly participated in the murder of Jhon Jaiber Mina Guazá last weekend in rural área of Guachené (Cauca).
