On Tuesday, the Colombian Attorney General, Eduardo Montealegre Lynett; the president from Colombia, Juan Manuel Santos Calderón and presidents at High Courts attended “First Constitutional Meeting for Earth” organized by the Constitutional Court in Ibagué (Tolima).
