A preventive detention order was issued against the alleged responsible for the murder of an employee in a supermarket in San Andrés

The 3^rd Municipal Judge of mixed jurisdiction (Juez Promiscuo), with supervisory functions (control de garantías) in San Andrés issued a preventive detention order against Anibal Canny Grinard Quintana for the offenses of murder, personal injuries, robbery, illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.

The above mentioned person went to a supermarket  in order to commit an assault. He shot a 23 years old employee, Richard Marsiglia Medrano and  a person called Francisco Javier Pinzón Pinzón was wounded.

During hearings (control de garantías), the accused person pled guilty to the charges attributed by the 50 Regional Prosecutor´s Office and was taken to prison.
