According to Interim Attorney General, Jorge Fernando Perdomo Torres, the Accusatory Criminal System is the most “garantista”1 in the Western culture. He stated during the forum which took place in Manizales (Caldas):”Ten years implementing Colombian Criminal Procedure Code: Difficulties and Challenges”.
