Preventive detention order against director of “Interbolsa” was confirmed

The 32^nd circuit criminal judge in Bogotá confirmed the preventive detention order that had been issued against President of Interbolsa, Alvaro de Jesús Tirado Quintero. He is currently under home detention.

During a public hearing, the court in the second instance considered that the decision of the 33^rd municipal criminal judge in Bogotá, with supervisory functions (control de garantías) is consistent with her acting on last April 1. The court also supported the decision to release Luis Fernando Restrepo Jaramillo and Alvaro Camaro Suarez.
