Former Mayor in Filadelfia (Caldas) was condemned for offenses against public administration

The 2^nd Criminal Court in Manizales condemned José Roman Aristizábal Vasco, former Mayor in Filadelfia (Caldas) for the execution of contracts without compliance of the legal requirements.

The investigation which was conducted by the First Regional Prosecutor´s Office belonging to Public Administration Unit in Manizales in coordination with the Technical Investigation Team (CTI) was based on different complaints regarding contracts executed by Aristizábal Vasco when he was a representative in Filadelpia (Colombia).
